Andrew Toogood speaking. Ever had a time when you really wanted / needed to take a step of faith with God but you bottled it? Maybe God is speaking to you now about an area in your life but you cannot seem to break through? Jesus used an expression a number of times that has caused some confusion - "you of little faith" You may have been taught that that means that you do not have enough faith and so therefore that is why you do not see breakthrough.. However a more careful look at the bible tells us exactly what Jesus said was the cause in us of those moments where we do want to operate in faith but we do not. It is all about the condition of our hearts, not faith, that is the real issue. Learning how to guard our hearts is therefore key to seeing the fullness of God in our lives.
